This Privacy Policy explains how ApeXhit LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with https://apexhit.org and its installable PWA (together, the "Site"). It does not cover the individual ApeXhit applications we showcase (e.g., our POS systems, the Financial Health Budget app, the Digital Business Card app, or LinkIt) — each of those has its own privacy policy governing the data you provide inside that application.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact form information — name, email address, and message content you voluntarily submit to reach us.
- Order information — if you order a physical good (such as printed business cards) or a paid engagement through the Site, we and our payment processor collect the details necessary to fulfill that order (e.g., shipping address, design files, and payment details, the latter handled directly by the payment processor and not stored by us).
- Device & usage information — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.
- PWA installation data — your browser/OS reports that the Site has been added to your home screen or app list; we do not receive any additional personal data solely from this installation beyond what your browser already shares.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small data files used to remember preferences (e.g., that you dismissed a banner) and, if analytics are enabled, to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To process, fulfill, and ship orders for physical goods, and to provide receipts and order-status updates.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical issues and understanding which showcased apps and websites generate the most interest.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry or order — we do not use contact-form submissions for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who host, deliver, or process data on our behalf, such as our hosting/deployment provider (Vercel), our email provider, and, for orders, a payment processor (e.g., Lemon Squeezy) and any shipping/fulfillment partner.
- Embedded third-party content providers, such as YouTube (video embeds), Discord (community invite), and Facebook (page link) — interacting with these embeds or links is subject to that provider's own privacy policy.
- Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal process.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy or a materially equivalent one.
5. Data retention
We retain contact-form and order information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfill your order, satisfy accounting/tax requirements, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location (including if you are a California resident under the CCPA/CPRA, or in the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. 7. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. International users & security
ApeXhit LLC is based in the United States and serves clients in the United States and the Philippines; information you provide may be processed and stored in either country or wherever our hosting and service providers operate. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
